MOMS Orange County (MOMS) is grateful to Ronald McDonald House Charities of Southern California and the Disney VoluntEARS Community Fund for its support of the health and development of babies in our community!

A grant from Ronald McDonald House Charities of Southern California went towards 1,000 infant development toolkits which are provided to MOMS families to enhance early brain development and fine motor skills.  Using items in the toolkit,  MOMS staff demonstrate age appropriate activities to parents to help stimulate the baby’s mental and physical development.

Funding from the Disney VoluntEARS Community Fund will go towards infant development supplies for the MOMS Mommy & Me Infant Development workshop series.  Each workshop features fun, developmental and stimulating activities that both parents and children can share together in a creative group environment.  After graduating from the Mommy & Me program, mothers are provided with infant development curriculum and guidance from staff to conduct weekly play groups in their local neighborhoods.
